Size & care
Measure your wrist.
With a measuring tape

Wrap the tape where you will wear your bracelet. Keep your hand relaxed.
- Keep it snug
Keep the tape against your skin without pulling it tight.
- Read and repeat
Read where the tape meets zero. Repeat once and note your size.
Everyday care.
Keep it dry
Take it off before showering, swimming or exercise.
Put it on last
Let perfume and lotion dry before putting on your bracelet.
Wipe and store
Use a soft, dry cloth. Store separately, away from direct sunlight.
Check the cord
Avoid repeated stretching. Stop wearing it if the elastic is frayed or loose.
Care by material
For a bracelet with mixed materials, follow the care advice for its most delicate component.
Get to know the materialsPearls
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid soaking, perfume, abrasive cleaners and ultrasonic cleaning. Store separately so harder beads cannot scratch the surface.
Natural stones
Use a soft, dry cloth for routine care. Stone hardness and treatments vary, so avoid soaking, steam, ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals unless the specific stone is confirmed suitable. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight.
Glass & crystal beads
Wipe with a soft cloth and avoid knocks or drops. Coatings and nearby components may be more delicate than the bead itself; do not soak the assembled bracelet or use abrasive cleaners.
Plated metal
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, perfume and silver dips. Abrasive polishing can remove the plating. Keep dry and store separately.
925 silver
For confirmed unplated 925 silver, gently use a silver polishing cloth on the metal only. Keep it away from pearls, stones and plated parts. Avoid dipping or soaking a mixed-material bracelet.
